Sire Stanroph So What Will Be (Wilby)
Dam Golmas Gabrielle of Mirandan (Bliss)

Harry came into our lives in a litter of five beautiful puppies of Bliss and Wilby.
Future owners-to-be of the puppies had expressed their preferences for leader or follower puppy personality and at that time Harry appeared to straddle both personality traits so I decided he was therefore the one to remain at Mirandan.
With growth and development it soon became obvious Harry intended his presence be known as with mixed emotions his brothers accepted him into the pack of resident members.
In no time at all he made a successful takeover bid for Breeze and Brook's self appointed positions as Janitors of the greenbelt adjoining our home.
The almost laid back to the point of horizontal Breeze, and Brook who wants to please everyone had soon realised life would be simpler to just accept that this young pretender should be given the space to be alpha male.
Bliss doesnt "do" testosterone and much prefers her job as being the official clockwatcher to stare into my face and pace around the kitchen to notify a minute to mealtimes being due.!! Her clockwatching is not at all affected by daylight saving changes. There is no variation from her knowing that lunch is 12 midday and supper is 7pm no matter the season.
Harry is a dog of many talents.---He does an impressive impersonation of Fred Astaire tap dancing on the dining table and if flowers or fruit on the table restricts his routine he just eats them to get rid of the obstruction cramping his style.
One of his most outstanding features is his digestive systems remarkable ability to process or recycle numerous items ranging from disposable gloves, bath mats, carpet, sofa's, wicker chairs, cushions, table legs, sheds, and wire fencing which has left him with permanently rusted teeth.
A visit by the testicle fairy was arranged in an attempt to make his antics more manageable. He was not impressed by the Bonio under his pillow in exchange for his boy bits.
Would I have preferred not to have lost or him damage many household and personal items, or the stress of late evenings dog ambulance emergencies to the out of hours Vet for emetics to extricate the latest item ingested by Harry ?-----The answer is YES.
Would I have chosen to live my life and not to experience the deep love and affection for and from our Harry Boy?--The answer is ABSOLUTELY NO.
To witness this adorable puppy develop into the handsome and loving and affectionate Golden Retriever that he has become is one of life's very precious gifts.
To see him jumping and bounding full of the joys of living with good health and vitality and happiness is chocolate to my eyes.
My little rascal boy Harry,I adore you.
Sadness is his beautiful sister Scarlet is not running alongside him.
Darling Scarlet will be eternally present in our lives and in our hearts and memories.
